Return and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Return Policy

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All items must be returned in one package.

  • Returns must use the same delivery service as the original shipment.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.


Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@russandco.com.

  2. Include a clear photo and description of the issue, along with your order number.

  3. Once we review your request, our team will contact you to discuss the best resolution.

Please note: All defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Returns for Size or Color Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item due to size or color preferences, you may do so within the 30-day return window.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging or the company label intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Important Return Instructions

  • Clearly mark the package as a return (check the appropriate box on the postal form).

  • The total value of returned items must be declared accurately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank, as some delays are possible.
