Right of Withdrawal

ou have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you, or a third party authorized by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear written statement (for example, via email). You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, although doing so is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the thirty-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a different delivery method), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
