Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Russ & Co, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@russandco.com for the return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions:

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Provide a clear photo and description of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
We will assess the issue and contact you to determine your preferred resolution. All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
General Returns:
If the size is incorrect or you wish to change the color, you can return the item at your own shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including original packaging or labels. Proof of purchase is required.
When returning an item:
Clearly indicate on your package that it is a return shipment. Include the total value of the returned items.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund has not appeared, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank as processing times may vary. If after these steps you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@russandco.com.
